Sun West Engineering, Inc. warrants that the products manufactured by it to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of shipment from our factory.

Components such as, Trucks, HVAC units, Generators, pneumatic Mast and Satellite equipment integrated within our products have separate manufacturer warranties which vary, therefore are not part of the standard Sun West warranty, please consult the factory with questions regarding specific components warranties. (Deferred delivery of completed products by customer request may lessen the available warranty period on such components)

If, within that period of time, the wireless product proves to be defective, to the satisfaction of Sun West Engineering, Inc. then in that event, such defect shall be replaced or repaired at Sun West’s option. There are certain environmental conditions that may exist in coastal regions that may be exempt from this warranty unless otherwise specified and agreed to in writing by Sun West. Under no circumstances will Sun West be held responsible for any amount beyond the price of the product, or for any “field” repair not authorized in writing by Sun West. Such repair or replacement of defects shall constitute the fulfillment of all liabilities with respect to such defects.
